Her previous employers include Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacia Corporation, Boston Scientific, and Silicon Graphics.

Jennifer holds a Masters of Human Resources & Organization Development from The University of San Francisco, a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration from UCLA, and has earned both an ICF accredited professional coach certification (CPC)  and an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Stacey Frank is a seasoned human resources professional with 15 years experience in human resources and organizational development at leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Celgene and LifeCell. Stacey holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University and a Bachelors in Communication from Rutgers University. She is certified in the administration of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is currently pursuing her Professional Coaching Certification (CPC) with the Institute for Excellence in Professional Coaching (iPEC).
