Executive Leadership Coaching

The ImpactHR coaching programs are designed for senior leaders to engage in a comprehensive exploration of their personal style, career goals and the impact they have on the people and organization around them.  The program is tailored to meet each leader’s individual needs and challenges. Outcomes include not only a detailed action plan for positive change – but a champion for success as well. 

 Unlike other development programs your leaders may attend only a few days a year, the ImpactHR coaching program takes place over 6 months and is an ongoing dynamic partnership focused solely on sustained personal development.  The long-term trusting partnership provides a catalyst for leaders to deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their leadership qualities. 

 The ImpactHR leadership coaching process focuses on the goals of both the executive, as well as the sponsoring organization, by creating a partnership between all entities to achieve sustained behavior change.

 Discovery:  Our coaching begins with a proven leadership assessment:  The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series.  This assessment evaluates leadership strengths, potential obstacles and most importantly the core values which drive a leader’s success.  Interviews with key stakeholders are also analyzed to understand key themes about the leader and the organizational environment in which they operate.  As a part of this discovery process the client learns more about their current level of effectiveness and influence. 

 Development:  Once the foundation for coaching has been established, the coach and client discuss and identify the ideal outcomes of the coaching process. A safe and confidential relationship is established where direct feedback can be embraced. Together as partners, a specific plan of action is developed to address the leader’s particular strengths and development needs.  JournalEngine, a proprietary secure online technology platform is utilized to create a consistent coaching dialogue in-between live coaching sessions.

Demonstration:  The coaching process is rounded out with the practical application and practice of newfound strategies for success “on the job”.  Feedback and appropriate “course corrections” take place as the leader applies new skills.  Ultimately, the coaching process assists in increasing leadership effectiveness and accelerating their strategic, business and career objectives.
