Our coaching begins with a proven leadership assessment: The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series.  This assessment evaluates leadership strengths, potential obstacles and most importantly the core values which drive a leader’s success.  Interviews with key stakeholders are also analyzed to understand key themes about the leader and the organizational environment in which they operate.  As a part of this discovery process the client learns more about their current level of effectiveness and influence.


Once the foundation for coaching has been established, the coach and client discuss and identify the ideal outcomes of the coaching process. A safe and confidential relationship is established where direct feedback can be embraced. Together as partners, a specific plan of action is developed to address the leader’s particular strengths and development needs. JournalEngine, a proprietary secure online technology platform is utilized to create a consistent coaching dialogue in-between live coaching sessions.
