Teams are the engines that drive successful organizations – they exist to produce results. Today, the workplace is a maze of nested teams: intact, cross-functional, project, virtual – and the pressure is on teams to form, perform and produce results at an astonishing rate. At ImpactHR, we are working with teams to ensure that they have the means in place to take action, and build effective relationships to motivate and sustain action. Our unique approach to team coaching is built on the foundation that a team is a “system” – a living dynamic organism which has characteristics that transcend those of any of the individual members. Using The Team Diagnostic™ Assessment as a practical way to measure the system, we engage in coaching based on metrics and results.

The Team Diagnostic™ Assessment is a state-of-the-art instrument which measures a team on two axes: the team’s perception of its productivity strengths and the team’s perception of its positivity strengths.
The Team Diagnostic™ model identifies seven strengths in both areas and then, using these 14 factors, the team paints a real world view of itself, including areas of strength and areas to be developed.
Using this baseline, ImpactHR assists the team to develop the necessary strengths to realize its goal of becoming a sustainable, inspired and high-performing team. The Team Diagnostic™ is utilized on a periodic basis to monitor the team’s success, set new performance improvement metrics, and measure the “ROI” of the team development process.

ImpactHR recognizes that no two teams are alike. The more awareness the team has of its overall strenths and challenges, the more successful the team will ultimately be in meeting and exceeding its goals. What gets measure, gets improved!
