Our firm is spearheaded by Jennifer Leonard, CPC, ACC, MAOD, an industry veteran with more than 18 years of Human Resources experience gained at leading high-tech, medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Working at senior levels, Jennifer has led, managed, mentored and coached numerous individuals and teams to achieve outstanding outcomes. Her previous employers include Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacia Corporation, Boston Scientific, and Silicon Graphics.
Jennifer holds a Masters of Human Resources & Organization Development from The University of San Francisco, a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration from UCLA, and has earned both an ICF accredited professional coach certification (CPC) and an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
